In The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and City of Westminster we are committed to providing the highest standards of social care and driving innovation.  We are now seeking an outstanding Director to join our Adult Social Care and Health Directorate to ensure the success of this shared service continues.

As bi-borough lead for commissioning large scale services and contracts across adult social care and health you will bring a deep-seated understanding of how the system fits together.  Working across two authorities and multiple health landscapes is challenging, but highly rewarding and requires a strong track record of outstanding commissioning outcomes.

For this role the ability to manage complexity and relationships across multiple stakeholders will be key. Your relationship building and communication skills will ensure you are trusted across the business to deliver change that achieves the very best outcomes for our residents and future-proofs our health and social care services.
